Ms Gemma D’Auria

Partner at McKinsey & Company

Ms. D’Auria is a Partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office and a leader of the firm’s Organisation and Financial Institutions Practice in the Middle East. Ms D’Auria has worked on projects focused on wealth management and private banking, as well as culture transformation and capability building with leading clients in North America and the Middle East.

Her engagement experience includes leading a performance transformation effort for a leading private bank in the Middle East, including the definition of a new performance management framework and the development of talent/ leadership initiatives. She also developed a talent strategy and comprehensive program for the talent pool of the top 150 managers in a leading financial institution in the Middle East, including defining a leadership model and a training program to further develop their capabilities.

Ms D’Auria graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Government and Economics, and completed an MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was also a graduate of the Public Management Program.

Before joining McKinsey, Ms D’Auria worked in the investment banking division of JP Morgan Securities in London, in the mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital and derivative markets groups.
