The National CEO Program is the first of its kind in the Sultanate as it aims to invest in high-potential, senior-level individuals in leadership positions in an effort to unlock economic growth. This initiative provides an immersive learning experience – one which empowers senior executives to reflect, recharge, and re-emerge as visionary leaders.
The program provides a highly specialised learning experience built on four key methodologies: classroom learning, personal one-on-one and team leadership coaching, experiential learning, and strategic projects of national importance. It will shape a community of Omani CEOs capable of competing and succeeding in the international environment.
Strategic partners for this program include IMD, one of the world’s premier international business schools, and McKinsey, the leading global strategic consulting firm.
The program enhances participants’ leadership skills by helping them broaden their business knowledge and acquire strategic capabilities that can be applied in both the Sultanate and the global business context. It will provide them with the insights and opportunities to reflect on their leadership style, to practise new ways of leading and so enhance their personal impact.
