The National CEO Program for the Sultanate is a highly specialised initiative by the Public Private Partnership Committee (PPP) and is being offered through strategic partnerships with well-respected organisations:

In collaboration with the Diwan of Royal Court, their combined efforts will offer a world-class program which specifically addresses the business and leadership challenges facing CEOs in Oman today and into the future.

As an extension of the patronage of H.M. the Sultan for the private sector, and in order to enable the sector to play its role as an active partner in the social and economic development of the Sultanate, the initiative was launched in April 2013,

Our team

The Public Private Partnership Committee (PPP) and its partners have assembled a team of outstanding experts from the Diwan of Royal Court, the Institute of Capability Development, IMD, and McKinsey & Company to lead the National CEO Program. Their respective backgrounds span some of the world’s finest learning institutions and professional practices. Their specialist skills, global insight, and business experience make them eminently suitable to transfer knowledge and best practices to the Sultanate’s aspiring CEOs.
