Your CEO network
Once you have completed the formal elements of the learning process (the classroom modules and the coaching) and presented your strategic projects, then you will graduate from the National CEO Program. You will attend your Graduation Ceremony during which you will be presented with a Certificate as a Graduate of the National CEO Program. But this is not the end of your program - rather we see this as the beginning of your ongoing learning journey. The National CEO program will have provided you not only with the tools, techniques and experiences to be able to perform more effectively in your leadership roles, but will have also provided you with an invaluable network of Omani leaders.
During the course of the program we will work with you to identify the most effective means of supporting your community. This could include activities such as:
- Regular networking events, structured around speaker sessions
- Ongoing Project work to support private sector growth
- Space in Muscat where members of the NCP Community can meet, research, network and learn
- Access to the McKinsey & Company and IMD CEO communities
Finally as a successful NCP Graduate you will also become an Alumnus of IMD. You will join an exclusive network of global business leaders whose mission is to support and accelerate your leadership journey beyond the classroom program.
